	F arm Roncone, at third kilometer on Cimina road, outside the ancient city of Viterbo, was bought from Ludovisi-Lucchesi family in 1712. Here they built a farmhouse turned into their country house, centre of all farm activity. V incenzo Lucchesi, named zio Cencio, inherit the estate in 1894, restore the farmhouse and here create, in neighbouring wood, a big park animate with lifesize puppets, Viterbo's description of late nineteenth century: he called it l'eremo.
